CHAMOMILE OL...And Venting

, there are 3 different Chamomile Essential oils.

German Chamomile is deep blue in color and is very pricey...

I paid $40. for a one ounce bottle and I made my own soap with it

and blended it with a bit of Lavender because it has a strong medicinal

smell to it.

There is also a Roman Chamomile oil that has a golden to

very pale color and a bit more pleasant scent.

I also use Emu oil in my soap and on my skin neet when it gets a bit

flaky or chapped in the wind... and it seems to help without making my

face feel oily.

I do not use makeup anymore, and am very careful to not

use anything on my face if I don't need to.

I also use my own goatmilk soap with oatmeal in it to clean my

face and skin. It is actually soothing, and not irratating or drying.

I just don't seem to get good results with the creams or

treatments pescribed by my doctors.

I have never had acne. And I think that cea is still a

very mis-understood problem or disease.

My GP was unaware there was such a thing as Ocular cea.

And everything is so expensive, it can be a major investment

to treat a red face that seems so benign, but can make you feel

so self conscious if nothing else. As we all know, though, it is not so

benign and it doesn't stop at just effecting your looks, but

becomes painful.
