It was out of print and cost $195.00, Yes, it is best assimilated while sitting on a rug and facing towards Switzerland. Truly, this is a superb book. Photographs are excellent diagnostic aids, as well. The 2000 edition is fairly current, though it's sections on adapalene and azeleic acid are not substantial, will probably have to wait a few years for this to be developed. Josamycin is raved about, though it is available in Germany and not the USA, I'm thinking it is equivalent or better to our Zithromax here in the US. > but I could not get it through my library system.
