a manual...it was 124 pgs long !) I sent them everything I could

think of...my appeal letter was very very personal, per the advice of

the Cigna Member services rep, and it was 8 pages long, couple that

with DrR's letter that was 14 pages long !!! I am soooo excited I

can barely sit long enough to type this to you !! And seeing that

was approved today to.....I am at a loss for words...I want to

just send a great big squeezy hug to Debbie and ! I will work

like a mad woman to get my packet to DrR so that I have final

approval and a surgery date. I contemplated saying anything about

my approval until I saw the letter that Cigna says i'm approved...in

writing ..black n' white. But I just couldn't stand it ...I was

about to burst !!!

Thank you ...God...and all of you here that have helped me with words

of advice and well wishes...a...thank you for reminding me to

keep positive !!! (And that little good luck chain letter) hehee.

Dear Dr. Rutledge, I was passing Durham on 85 a couple of weeks ago on a

Saturday and swung into your office. You were closed and the painters were

busy. Sorry I missed you. I just wanted to give you a hug and say Thanks.

June 7 I was 3 months post op. I have lost 65 lbs and feeling wonderful. I

had a wonderful airplane experience last week and just wanted to stop the

plane and say " See how well I fit now " . I am close to throwing out the

last of my old clothes- they are just falling off. My husband and kids wish

to thank you too. I wonder if you really know the wonderful gift you have

given to me and so many. I answer lots of emails about the surgery and

encourage everyone I can to seriously consider having this procedure done.

Dear Dr. Rutledge, I was passing Durham on 85 a couple of weeks ago on a

Saturday and swung into your office. You were closed and the painters were

busy. Sorry I missed you. I just wanted to give you a hug and say Thanks.

June 7 I was 3 months post op. I have lost 65 lbs and feeling wonderful. I

had a wonderful airplane experience last week and just wanted to stop the

plane and say " See how well I fit now " . I am close to throwing out the

last of my old clothes- they are just falling off. My husband and kids wish

to thank you too. I wonder if you really know the wonderful gift you have

given to me and so many. I answer lots of emails about the surgery and

encourage everyone I can to seriously consider having this procedure done.

Take good care of yourself. May God bless you richly for your hard work
