Guest guest
Hi Gail, Are you taking your Tums????? Orange Juice is very acidic....you may need to water it down. You should also be eating crackers to help calm your stomach and any acid you may experience. Gatorade really helped me and there are so many flavors for variety. I really like to eat the low fat Better Cheddars. I wish you felt better I find that every day is better than the last. I like blue, purple, and white and HATE Yellow, red and orange. You might want to give that a try. The juice was sometimes just too sweet for me. The salt in gatorade may be settling for your tummy.
