Hi Gail,

Are you taking your Tums????? Orange Juice is very acidic....you may

need

to water it down. You should also be eating crackers to help calm your stomach

and any acid

you may experience. Gatorade really helped me and there are so many flavors for

variety.

I really like to eat the low fat Better Cheddars. I wish you felt better I find

that every day is better than the last.

Have you tried Gatorade. I HATED it before surgery and now think it is

better than sliced bread! I like blue, purple, and white and HATE Yellow,

red and orange. You might want to give that a try. The juice was sometimes

just too sweet for me. The salt in gatorade may be settling for your tummy.
