The next meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Support Group, or whatever we're

going to call ourselves will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2000 at the

home of Flo Ballengee in Hollywood, land. Starting time is 2 p.m.

Please bring drinks if you want something other than Crystal Light.

I'll have everything else. We'll have a cookout, weather permitting,

and anyone who will want to swim should bring their swim suit. This is a

chance to swim without someone thinking you're fat. LOL..they'll be too

busy seeing how fat I am.

If weather permits, we can play volleyball and badminton and I'll have a

few bicycles handy in case anyone wants to take a ride. Or we can just

sit around and chew the low-fat. And if anyone has too much Citrucel to

drive, I can even pull the motor home up for someone to spend the night.

There are lots of motels in the area...if you want to combine this with

a weekend trip, there's lots to see and do in the area of you like

water, fishing or crabbing.

I'll need to know about four days in advance if you're coming so I can

plan the menu.

Where is Hollywood: About an hour and a half north of Richmond, VA,

about an hour south of Washington, DC, about an hour and a half south of

Baltimore.

I'll post again several times to remind everyone and will be glad to

send directions to you from any of the major highways.
