Guest guest
My 5 yr old asd son is battling yeast. He's been on prescription anti-fungals for about 2 and a half months. Our DAN Dr. said absolutely no sugar of any form, and I really have to watch his fruit. He gets pears, and a little yellow apple. Take your muffin recipe, and however much honey it calls for, replace it with stevia powder. Ex: If it calls for 1 cup of honey, put in 1 tsp. of stevia powder- 1/2 cup of honey- 1/2 tsp. of stevia powder. You can but it at the health food store- it's a natural plant extract, and my DAN Dr. said that it is actually good for you, and perfectly safe. You can't tell the difference in recipes, and my son gobbles up anything that I make him with it. Hope that helps. It helped me a lot. Amber. > > So we are dealing with candidia.
