Brent, the Prosciutto from Costco is legal and their Kirkland Signature nuts:

almonds,

pecan halves, walnut halves are excellent, very fresh and wholesome and superior

to

anything I've tried from other stores. I use the salt pork two ways, rolled up

in Swiss

cheese or cooked like nacon since it is nitrate free and very thin and crisp.

Enjoy!
