Yes, the sulphites are legal. You may be able to find sulphite

free, sugar free coconut at health food store (is there a whole

foods near you) . I believe our local grocery carries natural

coconut in their " Natural foods " section.

I have also been giving

Unfortunately, the guar gum can feed the " nasties " . Will he drink

any of the legal diluted juices? What about homemade almond milk...

(is he allergic to other nuts)? How about banana smoothies? If he

isn't ready for yogurt yet you can blend ripe bananas with water and

use that as a bevarage.

> He used to love soup but no longer. We do not stop trying

though. We could

> not do the intro diet as Lucas would not eat any of the suggested

foods.

> Since starting a few months ago Lucas' stools have been quite soft

and runny

If not using nut flours or coconut the sandy stools may be result of

bile salt from die off etc.. Epsom salt baths and/or activated

charcoal may help.

He has started to bang his
