I would think the doc's at u of m have a patients bill of rights

they need to follow. Ours do here in Maine. Right now my 12 yr.

old Cassie has been having pain continuously since she left

hospital 9/20 - she's on percocet every 6 hrs for pain even

though her levels have been normal for a week now. they say

if she hurts they have to believe her and treat her as such.

check into it

good luck, heres to pain free days

Seems like the docs at U of M cannot help my sis. No SOD

dysfunction. SO now they are giving her elavil for pain. Her pain

was not even being controlled by morphine, or anything else they

have given her very well. How is this gonna help honestly? OH, and

she has to wait a month to see if it will work. Any opinions? I know

that this can help some with pain, but I highly doubt it will do

much good as bad as I have seen her doubling over. Sigh.

Have her go to a pain clinic.....have her try acupunture ..physical therapy

and anything else she can think of...Take antioxidants.....eat low

fat.......drink as much water as she can stand......
