Not allowed lemonade or lime due to citrus content, not allowed milks of any kind, have to watch what fruits I eat, most have too much sugar content, I hate coffee taste, tea is ok the doc gave me advice on sweetners to try. (Most have the aspertine (sp) which aggrivates migraines!) The Soy/Rice milks I did try, I threw up. It really is tough, I have been referred to a dietician and can't wait to get some good ideas. I'll pass on any good info I get!! I am going to " juice " in the meantime. I figure veggie drinks are better than nothin'!! Thanks so much for you reply, every idea helps. BTW how do you mix your fruit smoothies??
