Guest guest
Thanks Kimber for the ideas. My doc told me yesterday not to use Sweet & Low at all. He told me to try Equal instead and see how it does with my migraines. I know, I get totally confused too!! (That's why I'm being referred to the dietician!) I never thought of kool-ade before, Poncho mentioned it too. Once I get some sweetner today at the store I'll try it! Appreciate all the suggestions. As I told Poncho, if I get any good suggstions from the visit I'll pass them on!! Hugs, ELicia > Elicia, > may not help with the food, but for drinking, try drinking > hot and iced tea. You can add sweet-n-low(nonaspertame > sweetner) or Splenda (nonaspertame sweetner). It's something > besides water. > Same for hot and iced coffee if you like them. You can also > get unsweetned kool-ade in different flavors and add > Sweetnlow or Splenda to them. Hope that helps some. > Kimber > > -- > Kimber > Vallejo, CA > hominid2@c... > Southwest Representative > Pancreatitis Association, International
Guest guest
The problem with Equal is that it is Asparteme. If he's told you to avoid Asparteme, that means Equal as well. Sweetn Low is sacchrin. Could it be that he has his sweetners mixed up? Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@...
