I often run a low grade fever. My guess would be any time there is an

inflammatory response in the body heat is produced. I would keep an eye on

it. IT it is over 101.5 call the doc. At least that is what we told our

patients (at FP office).

> Does fever sometimes accompany an attack?

,

Listed below are some of the symptoms of pancreatitis that I

have pasted from a research source:

Common signs and symptoms of pancreatitis include the

following:

* Severe, ongoing, sharp abdominal pain, often radiating to the

back

* Nausea and vomiting

* Fever

* Sweating

* Abdominal tenderness

* Rapid heart rate

* Rapid breathing

I hope this helps.

With hope and prayers,

Heidi
