, Hannah, who is almost 3, is taking them 3 times a day now.

I get her out of bed in the morning and do the neb with her vest and

I put her to sleep with the vest and her neb. The middle one is the

hardest (she is AWAKE!). Could you put on a " special " video that is

only for when she is getting her nebulizer? We started her vest with

a " WiGGLES " tape. Or maybe she could play a computer game while she

is taking her nebulizer treatment??? GOOD LUCK!

Let them pick out the movie? go to store and let em buy a few new

ones (or rent) and let them " own " the tv for neb time. Of course,

maybe that only works for us since tv time is a minimum at our house,

plus, with 7 kids, " owning " the tv for any length of time is pretty

cool...

computer games is another option....

phone with grandparents? story time? cuddle time?

let em give a neb simulatenously (I know, I can't spell) to their bear

or doll at the same time?

Hope this helps.

---I hate to say this but bribery is not a bad thing. Those dum-dum

lollipops do it for my 2 year old. I think these kiddos deserve an extra treat

anyway. Also, I'll do something special like paint her toenails. Don't get me

wrong----it's ALWAYS a battle and we try to come up with clever new ideas but

her sweet tooth is most effective on the heels of Halloween.

Turn on a faveorite movie, buy candyland and try playing that with

him/her (I'm sorry I don't know your child)sit them in your lap and

read books. go to the library every few days or as often as time

allows to add a variety although at 3 years old I imagine your child

wants the same book all of the time. I know mine does. Color or do an

art project at the coffee table. Hope those ideas get you started

Do anything you can to keep there minds off of it like watching tapes,

watching things out the window (birds, squirrels, dogs, cats, ect), coloring

with them, painting with them, read a book to them, play games with there

fingers and toes, anything you can think of to keep them mind off of what is

on there face. Hope this helps Deb A

With a lot of screaming. Eilish screamed and we held her down for the

first day's neb's but the 2nd day was better and the third day she was

like a pro. At it. She doesn't have them much now.

Ok here's a question for you all out there. How in the world do you get

a

three year old to go from no nebs to three a day?
