Re: Real tears-received my final denial!

Dear , The same thing happend to me. I went ahead and had my surgery

and now have an excellent attorney that is sueing the insurance company and

we will be going to court before long and let the Judge and Jury decide if

they should pay for my surgery or not. My surgery was Jan 10, 2000 and I

weighed 242 lbs and now I am at 164 lbs and feeling great. I am like a whole

new person with a real life now. I can do things that I never could do

before. Don't you give up. Keep in there until you get the job done!!!

got the option to try another insurance company next year. I know

it's hard to wait but keep on believing and you'll make it. You have
