Thanks for responses, no longer dreading intro. diet

After reading various links, I realize I was reading the wrong version

of the intro. diet, one for autistic kids coming from a gfcf diet. I

think that if I have scd yogurt and yogurt cheese made before we start,

we'll be ok--not without any grumbling, but ok. And thanks so much to

those who responded in email with additional links or offers of

support.
