I went to a Farmer's market, and the lady was selling Grade C. So I

asked her what's different grade about? And she said Grade A meaning

total processed. Grade B is partially processed. Grade C is raw and

unfiltered.

I thought raw and unfilted was best because it helps relieve allergy symptoms.
