a, I am happy to see you have a great time enjoying your food!!! The

yellow stuff is from the citricel. (at least mine is) I too am not looking

forward to anything that causes me to up-chuck. I already did that once and

it really hurt. I hate anything coming out of my mouth, that is why I am

fat..hehe oh please tell me it ain't so!!! Someone come on line and say ahh

is wrong *(no offense my lovely friend from the sticks) IM barely

coping with all the other unexpected things. Like the fact that my pants are

too big,,hahahaha that is the best thing!

Anyway this was about you a! Congratulations on your yummy meal!

Am eating everything fine - no problems.

When you put the subject of " Awesome Gastric Experience " I

thought you were going to regale us with a tale of having

blown out the toilet or something. I've had one of those

experiences already.

Glad to hear your trip to the Macaroni Grill was a culinary

delight and otherwise uneventful!

Poop consultant here: Poop is usually yellow when you don't eat meat.

And if it floats, it means you ate a lot of fat that wasn't absorbed.

Well, for what it's worth, it isn't much, lasts less than a minute,

not a big deal. I've only done it once that seemed to be from

the Actigall and I think that was because I took the Actigall with

my other pills, all on an empty stomach and then I didn't eat for

another hour or so.

The other barfing, from eating too fast or too much, you need to

do a couple of times just to get the lesson. It helped me a lot.

But then again, maybe you aren't as hard-headed as I am.

Dear a!!!!! You are so funny and have given me a good laugh this

morning!!! Thank you dear one, I needed to laugh. Yes I am 5 months and I

have yellow poop still to this day!!! I have never had the nerve to write

about it here on this list, but since you brought it up and out in the open

then I thought I jump right in and see what the rest have to say about

this??? lol lol I have no idea whay causes yellow poop!!! But I'll bet we
