Guest guest
I've been using the Chillow for the last several months, and have mixed feelings about it. I probably don't even need it anymore, as my redness has improved lately, but now I'm used to using it. For the first few nights using it, it felt kind of uncomfortable, as I was used to my head falling into a soft pillow. BUt I got over that, and now when I don't use the chillow, my pillow is way too soft (maybe I just need a sturdier pillow). My experience with the cooling effects is that it works great for about the first hour. I used to have trouble falling asleep, because I'd keep flipping my pillow, looking for the cool spot ( " blivetting " , for those of you who remember " Snigglets " .) Anyway, I fall asleep fast now, with no pillow flipping. If I wake up at a random point in the middle of the night, the chillow is really warm, especially at the spot where my head is. For those of you not famaliar, the chillow is just a plastic bag, with foam-like material inside, and you fill it with water before using. THere's no physical way it can stay cool forever. But I suppose it does its job... I'm happy with it. -G __________________________________________________
