Guest guest
We recommend starting the goat yogurt at 1/8th tsp per day and working up slowly from there. I believe you said that you each ate a tablespoon full. That's 24 times the amount we normally recommend to start with. Could be die off. It could also be that goat products are a problem right now. Either way, I'd stop for a few days and if you try again, start with a much smaller amount the next time. Guest guest
no I haven't I tried ordering it once, but they never sent it to me. I think part of my reaction is to the fermentation of it, since I react to other fermented products, as I have said before, the thing is that I crave fermented products very badly, so I don't know if they would help if I could get used to them or if my craving is like an allergy craving? > >Reply-To: pecanbread >To: pecanbread >Subject: Re: Trying SCDiet goat yogurt again. >Date: Thu, 16 Mar 2006 21:40:37 -0000 > >, > >Have you tried using the ProGurt starter to make goat or nut milk yogurt? > > > >Jody >mom to -7 and -9 >SCD 1/03 > > > _________________________________________________________________ Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger! Guest guest
, What type of reaction do you have to the fermented products and were the SCD legal? What happens if you follow up by taking activated charcoal an hour or two after eating them (to mop up the toxins the dying yeast produce)?
