We think the phenol in the almonds was making us have problems esp. in Ki

Ki...night terrors/delirium like seizures...yet the goat yogurt to night...even

a little bit sent my son into a hyper irritable state...and that was just a tiny

bit. I feel a little foggy but not sick...what is going on here? Are we alone?

Antoinette (DAY 23 entire family)

Trying SCDiet goat yogurt again.

On day 23 and trying the goat yogurt again....not " jumping " as Carol

warned....when we jumped into an entire bowel full last time not

realizing how fullish we where being...boy did we pay for

it!...Seeming to tolerate it 1 Tablespoon at a time....no one acting

strange, feeling strange. We would truly like to be able to utilize

dairy of some kind! It would open up our horizons in a very

positive way!

What do you guys think of cheese...it would be nice to try...should

we try goat cheese if we are having ASD related probs?

How did you guys determine if you where going to use dairy or not?

We want to feel our best and if we have to sacrifice dairy we will.

LITTERALY SICK OF BEING SICK and want help in any way we can find it.

Any stories/opinions welcomed.

Antoinette (entire family SCD day 23!)
