Guest guest
DD has never had a problem with constipation before and here we are on day 2 of the diet and she is constipated. Poor thing tried to poop for the longest time but nothing came out. What can I feed her? We did mainly protein stuff Sunday night (when we started) and yesterday. Some bananas but I only had 4 in the house when we started and couldn't find ripe ones at the store yesterday so the ones we have are " cooking " in a paper bag. I started cooked apples last night and spinach. She likes greens but isn't eating much of them for some reason. She hasn't ever been a big fan of carrots in any form. I do have a bone broth with them pureed in it that she will drink though. I'm cooking some stewed prunes right now for her but not sure if that is a great idea since she has bad candidia and I don't want to feed it. Ideas??? Oh we are doing epsom salt baths and she had one this morning. Patty, DH and DD 2 days scd

Guest guest
I thought bananas were on the intro diet. We did the intro for 1 day and then added apples and spinach.
