DD has never had a problem with constipation before and here we are on

day 2 of the diet and she is constipated. Poor thing tried to poop

for the longest time but nothing came out.

What can I feed her? We did mainly protein stuff Sunday night (when

we started) and yesterday. Some bananas but I only had 4 in the house

when we started and couldn't find ripe ones at the store yesterday so

the ones we have are " cooking " in a paper bag. I started cooked

apples last night and spinach. She likes greens but isn't eating much

of them for some reason. She hasn't ever been a big fan of carrots in

any form. I do have a bone broth with them pureed in it that she will

drink though.

I'm cooking some stewed prunes right now for her but not sure if that

is a great idea since she has bad candidia and I don't want to feed it.

Ideas???

Oh we are doing epsom salt baths and she had one this morning.

Patty,

Magnesium, enzymes, EFA oils might help.

Hang in there.

Did you follow the introductory diet? banans and apples are not on it.

I thought bananas were on the intro diet.

We did the intro for 1 day and then added apples and spinach.
