Guest guest
Hi Memory, Hang in there. I just heard that another pre-op, I believe her name is , just won on appeal with Prudential. I also have Prudential and they approved me in less than 72 hours. My policy is through Southwestern Bell Corporation. Bernardine in Tyler, Texas was also also approved in less than 72 hours by Prudential. My policy stated that weight loss surgery was not covered unless proven medically necessary. Don't give up.......keep after them. Guest guest
Memory, I am soooo sorry. I am telling you we all should start an insurance company that pays for these surgeries people need. I will continue to pray for you. Love, Lara
