Really? Your doctor should be deciding along with you and according

to your pain levels what dose would be sufficient. But just so you

know, morphine is a no no for pancreas patients. It can cause your

sphinter of oddi to spasm and cause you to have an attack or prolong

one. Keep that in mind. Hope this helps.
