Kali has been on the Gastrocrom for a couple of weeks now and we are seeing

her want different SCD foods now not just the chicken, eggs, grape juice, PB

brownies now. At the beginning of the diet she wanted carrots also but, then

she stopped wanting them, same for all apples. Now, she will eat them,

steak, the chicken meatballs, organic fresh squeezed OJ, celery, watermelon,

& more. She has expanded her interest in foods by a huge amt. I can't

imagine her NOT gaining weight being on this med. We are seeing only good

things here. Jenn & Kali 9 months SCD

Thanks Carol. It's been a rocky road for us I can tell you but, after we got

over that McD's Chix nugget hump, and this is is the last time I will ever

mention this unless a needy parent is asking about our experiences of

course, things just are seeming to go uphill now. Where we were pulled over

waiting before for the cows to clear that old country road. :) She must

have been going through withdrawl from the bad food addiction. Imagine

eating baked chicken only for 3 straight months? I thank God for SCD, Doc

Buie and probiotics, especially the goat yogurt! Jenn & Kali 9 months SCD

No. I tried them but, she just won't eat the chix nuggets I make, just the

baked chicken. Not even chix in soup yet either. It's ok. Mine probably do

not taste the same as McD's used to and I don't want to remind her of what

she wants from another lifetime. I think she is doing remarkably well

though. Jenn & K
