Thank you for your posting! I have tried everything I

know of for my dry hands! I guess my rosacea would be

classified as moderate. My face is very oily and

extremely sensitive. My hands are a dry skin disaster

area! I've taken Vit. E and purchased so many

different kinds of hand lotion that I could open a

store. I have put Vaseline on them and worn the white

cotton gloves - to no avail. I was at my wit's end.

I will definitely try the essential fatty acids.

I've learned so much about rosacea from reading this

site; but, I have not yet read the book by Dr. Nase.

Thanks again.

My fingers would crack in the cool weather and sometimes bleed. Then a

friend told me about this and it is WONDERFUL! It is called Aqua Care, it

is over the counter, but it is kept at the pharmacy, behind the counter, so

you have to ask for it. I get mine at Publix. My friend gets his at

Target. It is under $9.00 a bottle. Nothing I had tried even came close to

being this good.

I also had very big hard calluses on my heels. I've been putting the Aqua

Care on them. After the first week of using it on my feet, I began to use a

rough sandpaper nail file (the kind you can get at Sally's salon and nail

supply stores). It took a few weeks of filing, but all the calluses are

gone and my feet are actually smooth. The stuff is very good.

If you know any elderly folks who have cracked hands - tell them about this.
