Guest guest
I am trying to research where the best place would be for my sister to go to for her problem with recurrent acute pancreatitis. After several ERCPs, cat scans, and a Sphincter of Oddi test nothing can be found that is causing this. I have heard the doctors at Indiana University are good, but are they only good if you havent had these tests done before. Where would be a good place to go. We are in Michigan and her dr. is thinking about Mayo or the Cleveland Clinic. I am just looking around for opinions I guess. Thanks... Since the University of Washington hospital was one of those selected for the islet transfers, I imagine they have an excellent, knowledgeable staff of professionals. It certainly sounds like they knew exactly what to do with you, and did it without hesitation or guesswork. I'm glad that worked out for you. Congratulations on your adoption referral, that must mean a lot to you, and I hope that means that pretty soon some young child will have loving parents and a happy future ahead of them.
