Guest guest
hi pat dr phil boyle in ireland is having wonderful sucess with RA and ldn. for the most part finding an md to write a prescrition is really not a problem. we have a little underground list amonst all of us and would try to furnish you with a name or names of doctors near you who would be willing to write a presciption. finding a pharmacy is not an issue these are the list of pharmacies that are compounding in the us and canada Pharmacies that are known to be reliable compounders of LDN: Pharmacy Phone Fax Irmat Pharmacy, New York, NY (212) 685-0500 (800) 975-2809 (212) 532-6596 Gideon's Drugs, New York, NY (212) 575-6868 (212) 575-6334 The Compounder Pharmacy, Aurora, IL (630) 859-0333 (800) 679-4667 (630) 859-0114 The Medicine Shoppe, Canandaigua, NY (585) 396-9970 (800) 396-9970 (585) 396-7264 Skip's Pharmacy, Boca Raton, FL (561) 218-0111 (800) 553-7429 (561) 218-8873 's Pharmacy, Toronto, Canada (416) 488-2600 (800) 361-6624 (416) 484-8855 these ae the people you want to use that know about drug and you can get it mailed to your door. you want to stick to people who know about the drug and understand the particular fillers that can be used because that can be an issue. if you have a compounder they really have to be willing to make this the proper way for you or your just wasting your money. we recommend people start at 1.5 for a month go up to 3 for month then 4.5 and have great sucess and very little sides effects. your doctor may want to talk to one of these pharmacies and get information so he can work with you. cyndi
Guest guest
Does anyone know what is going on with Irmet? I have tried to call there several days, tried the 800 and this number. No answer. Thought I might get more doctors numbers from them. I am not having any luck finding someone in Cleveland, Ohio. Guest guest
I THINK I FORGOT ABOUT CRYSTAL. CAN I HAVE HER NUMBER AGAIN. I WAS CALLING ALL THE DOCTORS YOU GAVE ME, AND WAS GETTING FRUSTRATED. MOST NUMBERS DON'T GO THROUGH ANYMORE, ONE DOCTOR THAT WAS 15 MINUTES AWAY FROM ME DENIED USING LDN, ONE WAS A VET, SOME NUMBERS OUT OF ORDER. DO YOU GUYS HAVE A METHOD OF ASKING DOCTORS IF THEY USE LDN. IT IS FUNNY, BECAUSE TWO DOCTORS THAT COME TO OUR STABLE, HAVE LOOKED AT THE MATERIAL AND THOUGHT IT WAS VERY PROMICING. I THOUGHT NEW YORK PHARMACY MIGHT HAVE MORE PEOPLE FROM THIS AREA...BUT CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THEM. CONNI I HAVE TO CALL KATHY AND EMAIL WITH KIM. I HAVE HAD A BAD WEEK MYSELF, VERY BUSY, VERY FRUSTRATING, AND SOMEWHAT EMOTIONAL..... HAVE JUST WANTED TO VEG AND NOT TALK AFTER WORK. Guest guest
Thanks Cindi. After reading a letter from Kim about her young son, my son said he is going to call the neurologist and talk with her about LDN. I hope she responds to him. I don't see how she could say no. Thanks again for your help. Will let you know how it goes. Conni I had gotten Crystals nformation, etc..from you the first time, and looked on her site..... My memory is shot....Too much on my mind. Guest guest
Hi , Of course you’re right about damage. I think I’ve been very fortunate as my RA is seronegative and I have not had any deformity from it – just pain and inflammation. Hopefully I’ll be tons better once my body no longer has to contend with all that bacteria. Think good thoughts for me! Judy Re: New with Rheumatoid Arthritis Posted by: " ROBERT CASTANARO " castanaro@... rbasebarberton Tue Jun 10, 2008 9:30 pm (PDT) >>However, it (LDN) alone is not strong enough to rid me of a 16 year old infection.<< Just a note here. I hope most keep in mind that especially with a long term process like RA much damage has been done to the joints already, and these cannot be recovered. LDN probably/possibly helps decrease the onward march of the disease, and it is interesting to read about the antibiotic therapy, but it's too bad you didn't have these therapies years ago. Please keep us informed in the future if you see any help with the antibiotics. It's like a lot of treatment for some cancers - several therapies sometimes work together for a better result. Good luck BC
