Guest guest
Think the brown one is mainly sulfur, with zinc oxide. All the info is here, full list of ingredients: http://www.rosacea-ltd.com/rosacea-ltd.php3 >What ingredient is in the brown rosacea ltd disk? > > > > What do you currently do? Guest guest
> I Am wondering if anyone can suggest how to handle spots or areas > that never heal. My hands were giving me a lot of trouble a few months back. Red, flushing throughout day, almost like my face. When I would cut myself even the least litle bit, it would take weeks and weeks to heal. It was almost like the skin was so dry and damaged that it could no longer heal itself, which is weird, because my face tends to be on the oily side. The final straw was when I realized that many of these " cuts " I was getting on my hands were actually my skin cracking at the joints by itself, forming new wounds that took weeks to heal. I've found that upping my intake of Essental Fatty Acids has helped TREMENDOUSLY. I buy the " Total EFA " brand at Whole Foods. It contains a combo of the the Flax, Borage, and Evening Primrose Oil that Dr. Nase recommends. In addition, it contains Vitamin E and C. It's also one of the more economic brands. I take one Tablespoon in the morning after breakfast and one Tablespoon in the evening after dinner. I was worried about gaining weight from this much fat, but it has actually had the OPPOSITE effect. I have DROPPED bodyfat since upping the EFAs, and my face looks less " puffy. " I've gotten several comments like " have you lost some weight. " Also, my skin is softer, face much less inflammed, and hands less dry and cracking. I think increasing EFAs has been one of the KEY issues for me. I also rub in pure Emu oil 2X a day on my hands. It is wonderful, the only think that had done anything for my weird, dry, tingly skin. I also apply it to my wet face a couple of times a week, where it seems to be helping with the redness and inflamation. I hear that you can take Emu capsuls as your EFA source. I'm anxious to try this soon. Kent
