Guest guest
I get quite a few emails from people on this site, who think they may be flushing and breaking out due to something in their diets. Usually, they're not sure how begin looking. This is where a simple, or " unrefined " diet can really help. It's hard to know WHAT you're eating, when you eat a typical diet of commercially-prepared foods. Anyone who doesn't believe me should read the list of ingredients on a Kraft salad dressing, a 's soup, or a bag or Doritos for proof! Eating basic, whole foods is a necessicity for me because it helps me elminate the primary substance that causes my skin troubles (gluten). However, it can also really help people who are in the investigative phase. My friends joke that there would be a short list of ingredients printed on my back! BTW, I've never bought into the theory of spontaneous " time of day " flushing. I suffered from it for many years, and it turned out to be entirely tied to what I was eating at my meals.
