Hopefully there was little damage done in may having used it in a marinade, especially since my son ate so little. Which is getting to be a problem. He has Crohn's, no ASD etc., and has always been a picky eater, with a diet heavy in white carbs. And no, he does NOT like squash chips ;-) The reassuring thing is that for just about everything he rejects, I can find another kid in the house who will eat it, so I know that it is coming out well. He's having a minor flare up and his dr. really wants him on Remicade. I'm about to " do battle " with him this afternoon. Actually, I like him and I have a hunch he will allow us to give the diet a chance, however reluctantly. My son was on it for 3 months last year and the dr. was amazed at his progress, which was much better than the meds alone would have predicted. So we're back on it, for a week now, and hopefully for a good year or more. Take care, Fay
