Sausage spices

My mom is coming this weekend and we are going to have our own

little baking, cooking, and canning a-thon. The one thing I have yet

to think about is sausage. Do you make patties and freeze them or do

you always make them fresh? Also, could you share your favorite spice

combinations for " breakfast " sausage?

I do both and they all come out pretty good.

I've made this one with 1 lb of ground pork since I don't have a

There are some more in Lucy's cookbook and a fantastic one in the

Grain-Free Gourmet -Santa put it under the Christmas tree :) My

kids loved the grain Free Gourmet one.
