Hi Fay,

If the wine is sweet than it is illegal. In a wine you want one that

is very dry. There is a great website that can help select legal

wines. If you know the exact name you can enter it in here to find

out if it is legal . According to this site's rating scale it should

have a sugar content of " 00 " (very dry)

To sweeten very dry wine you can add legal sweetener (honey,

saccharine etc.)
