Guest guest
Hi Jan in Florida - I just got my authorization from my insurance company yesterday and on it it said, " It has been determined that the following is/are approved: Roux-en-y gastric bypass (43846) " . Immediately concerned I called Dr R's office and they said that this is the only CPT code there is for the surgery and the one they use so, perhaps, you could have Dr. R do your surgery!!!
