Guest guest
Since we started the diet over 9 months ago, I have always used a coffe grinder and ground all my own nuts. The sweet and taste is sweet and > fresh. I use my food processor and like the pecans from Costco. Their Kirkland Signature brand is sweet and fresh an it makes nice pancakes and muffins. The product is three pound gags for $15.99 Canadian funds. Loose pecans from the bulk bins are 410.99 for only one pound here at Loblaws and may have touched other varieties of nuts. Carol F. Guest guest
I am lucky in this area. A friend of mine sometimes orders bulk organic nuts and sends me some for a small price and I don't know where she gets them. I could ask her. Also, I know our local grocery store and health food store has them.
