NONO Guys and Gals, tossing your cookies is BAD, yes very BAD for you, Just

be nice and stick to the plan after once you should learn..I did! OUCH i

thought I popped my staples, are tummies are young and delicate, remember

that! See all at the picnic

Thanks Darlene,

To be honest I think my fear of feeling so bad was what kept me from becoming

Bulimic pre-surgery. I do think I throw up more now than I did back then,

but at least now I can directly relate it to the food.

Claire,

As long as we're on the subject we might as well got the full story. My

surgery was 6-2 so I have not had this experience so yes, it was helpful. I

have

always done anything to keep from vomiting. Now, maybe(?) I won't be so scared

when it does happen.
