Hi Debbie!

The best thing to do is to download the handbook and read it. There are

illustrations as well. Also on the website www.clos.net there is a

video you can watch of the procedure. Your tummy is made about the size

of a magic marker. it is hooked at the end to your small intestines,

4-6 feet down or passed something like that. Anyway, I am sure someone

else can explain it better.
