Hi everyone,

I am trying to get ready for my daughter's SCD, CF, Egg Free, and Nut Free

(other restrictions due to severe *true* allergy) birthday party next

Saturday!!! I made carrot chips in my new Fry Daddy today. I was wondering how

long they can stay crisp and how to store them. Read: I NEED to start preparing

NOW! If I were to make them for the party, how far AHEAD of time can make them?

Thank you!

Elijah, 3 ASD (loosing the label), leaky-gut

a almost 2

SCD 4 months

P.S. For those of you who look to God, please pray for me, my aunt and uncle,

and my cousin . is 7 and is severely autistic. I have only seen

them once since we discovered Elijah is ASD (I did not tell them) and have not

seen them since SCD and the drastic improvements he has made. My family does

not talk about difficult subjects and when GFCF came up before my aunt and uncle

just couldn't believe that food could effect behavior. I know I have to have a

conversation with them. I'm convinced that SCD could do wonders for

especially since my uncle has IBS problems (I don't know the extent) and has

been loosing weight over the years. So of course he should be on it too! I

just don't know how to start or where...If you have advice for me it is

welcomed. This kind of thing is really hard for me. It is another exercise for

me to rest and trust in my Lord. Thank you!!!
