Dear :

I have made yogurt with L Acidophilus and with many other probiotics. I have

never bought a yogurt starter to make my yogurts. They have turned out fine.

We have tried it in coconut water (which I believe is illegal), goat's milk,

regular milks, nut milks, coconut milks and they have all turned out fine.

We rotate probiotics (which I think is illegal as well) so we've tried them

all in yogurts. You just need to put a very small amount because it will

taste very strong if you use a lot.

good luck.
