Guest guest
Hi Toni, > HI Sheila,I remember reading about the possible respitory infection in the 2-3 month. He has had no changes in his diet nor any meds or supplemnets.I hear alot about yeast and was wondering if that is what is going on? It sounds possible and may be a combination of the 3 months flare and yeast. For people going thru the 3 mos (or any) flare we usually suggest pulling back to easily digested foods. (Maybe even the intro diet, if necessary, for just a couple of days.) Since it sounds as if his yeast may be flaring up you may want to reduce honey until things get back to normal. please see " Scd and Yeast " at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/pecanbread/files/ Keep us updated. Guest guest
Hi Sheila,My son Matteo seems to be complaining less about his stomach but he is going back to having a BM every other day,the last two were sandy as I said ,still waiting to see his next one. When you say flare up at 3 months do behaviours show it as well with regression? how long is this normal for? should I be giving him something to help with BM? Thanks agin Toni Re: needs some input on possible symptoms Hi Toni, > HI Sheila,I remember reading about the possible respitory infection in the 2-3 month. Guest guest
Hi Toni, > Hi Sheila,My son Matteo seems to be complaining less about his stomach but he is going back to having a BM every other day,the last two were sandy as I said Sandy stools are often indicators of bile salts, something that can be increased in stools with die off http://www.pecanbread.com/badreaction.html also http://lyris.dundee.net/read/messages?id=223206#223206 >,still waiting to see his next one. When you say flare up at 3 months do behaviours show it as well with regression? If behavioural issues were there beforehand then yes they can show up in a regression/flare-up. > how long is this normal for? should I be giving him something to help with BM? Thanks agin Toni No set time, but you may be able to help it by giving him easier to digest foods, no raw fruit or veggies for now and maybe epsom salt baths and/or activated charcoal to help with die off.
