Guest guest
Hi Pam, > I am so excited. My son has been on SCD for 3 weeks now and we have had 4 bms that where formed and dark brown. Yeah!!! Congrats on the " trophies " !! > > However, we did not start the diet like the book suggest with the soup. I guess I really need to go back and do that. You don't have to but you can if you like. > Questions? > Can I purchase goat milk at Whole Foods? I know I should look for organic. You don't have to use organic but can if you like. There's info for making goat yogurt (incl. starters etc.) at http://www.pecanbread.com/goatyogurt.html We usually suggest starting with small amounts (1/8-1/4 teaspoon) and gradually working up to larger amounts.
