" I don't know of a list that lists foods by months on the diet because adding new foods is based on symptoms, not time. Seeds and beans should bere postponed for later on the diet, yogurt introduced cautiously in small amounts and other new foods as tolerated. keep a journal to log the effcts of a new food. If diaheeria is cleared up you can experiment in baking with nut flour. There are many delicious cookies and crackers that can be crisped and the breads can be lightly toasted. Squash fries and chips can be crisped too. Cheese taco shells and cheese crackers are crisp.
