I don't know of a list that lists foods by months on the diet because

adding new foods is based on symptoms, not time.

But there is a chart on pecanbread that shows the relative ease of

digesting foods.

On page 71 of edition 10 Breaking the Vicious Cycle, Elaine Gottschall states

there is no

specified schedule for taking back foods. Seeds and beans should bere postponed

for later

on the diet, yogurt introduced cautiously in small amounts and other new foods

as

tolerated. keep a journal to log the effcts of a new food. If diaheeria is

cleared up you can

experiment in baking with nut flour. There are many delicious cookies and

crackers that

can be crisped and the breads can be lightly toasted. Squash fries and chips can

be

crisped too. Cheese taco shells and cheese crackers are crisp. There is a link
