Guest guest
If your child has a casein sensitivity or allergy this is something you must take in account. I searched for a good one before I bought mine. The one from GiProHealth is the starter we use. There is also one made just for autistics at CustomProbiotics. Not sure if it's dairy-free though. And, I don't know if it is SCD legal either. Guest guest
Sandy, The cost per quart is less using the GI ProHealth starter. The difference between the starters is that the GI ProHealth starter does not contain cow's milk. The starter that Lucy sells has cow's milk in it. So, if you are trying to avoid cow's milk (in all forms), then you'll need to use the GI ProHealth starter.
