I searched for a good one before I bought mine. The one from GiProHealth is the starter we use. There is also one made just for autistics at CustomProbiotics. Not sure if it's dairy-free though. And, I don't know if it is SCD legal either. I keep meaning to try a packaged legal starter but it is sold miles away from my home. In Canada, that would be Lyo-San which is located in Quebec. Carol F.
