If your child has a casein sensitivity or allergy this is something you must

take in account. I searched for a good one before I bought mine. The one

from GiProHealth is the starter we use. There is also one made just for

autistics at CustomProbiotics. Not sure if it's dairy-free though. And, I

I have always used a plain cow yogurt since I started SCD. In Canada, Astro

balkan syyle

yogurt. I keep meaning to try a packaged legal starter but it is sold miles away

from my

home. In Canada, that would be Lyo-San which is located in Quebec.
