I just had to share this with you.... when I was in the ER on Monday, the nurse

that took me back was from New Orleans... she worked at the University hospital

there and I told her about you... she said to tell you Hey and that she envies

you being in her home state...

LOL...small world huh?

-Small world indeed!! Do you remember her name? I used to work at

Tulane Medical Center (now University hosp) and Charity ER in the

late 80's. On the same note...my new pain management Dr. kept

telling me I looked familiar but I was in so much pain at that time I

couldn't think of where he might. I didn't even catch his

name...that's how awful I felt. Well, he called yesterday to see how

I was doing....it registered. He went to the brother high school of

mine. I had the worst crush on him and he wouldn't give me the time

of day since I was 3 years younger. So I played dumb for a minute and

then told him why he recognized me. Long story short...he's made me

promise that after my surgery that I will allow him to take me out to

dinner. Yes, he is still very easy on the eyes...and has never been

married. Stay tuned for as the hospital romance? turns.
