Guest guest
We like the peanut butter ones out of Elaines book and the ginger bread ones on SCD recipes http://www.scdiet.org/2recipes/cooki01.html#GingerbreadCookies I have made a couple of changes in the way I make these. I add 3 eggs, 4 cups of nut flour and 1 cup of honey. I then put them in a jelly role pan and bake at 305 for about 20-25 min. This is by far my kids favorite. They call them cookie bars and we rarely run out as I pack them for snacks when we go somewhere. I have also made the cookie recipe that was posted a wk or so ago. I really liked it but my kidos were not crazy about them.
