Guest guest
I posted this on the recipe group, but it hasn't appeared and I thought I'd ask you all. I want to make homemade peanut butter for myself and our older kids. Can someone tell me how to do that? I tried just using my food processor to " mash " the peanuts - but they just came out like flour, not butter. I added some honey, but they ended up like honey/peanut balls - very thick - the kids ate it anyway, but it wasn't what I expected. Guest guest
What kind of oil do you add? Thanks, Bobbie > You'll need to add a bit of oil. Add it slowly. Once you've gotten > " enough " , the peanuts will blend into a paste.
