Hi Jane,

Can't give you a definite answer, but since stopping with steroids

on my face, its has been getting better... just hope it keeps that

way!! I used to use hydrocortisone 1%.

But it seems to be an uphill and downhill adventure, I use Noritate

and the brown rosacea III-ltd disk, to control flaring and seems to

work. Keeps my face a nice light pink most of the time.

I also use B5, EsterC, GSE, flax seed oil, claritin, and lots of water.
