Guest guest
hi sandy, I found with any food processor, if you are trying to make nut flour, there is a fine line to try and stop it before it turns into a nut 'butter'...it tends to get really creamy quick. So with that I have decided to just order my nut flour on line whenever I need to use it. If you are trying to make a nut flour, you must make sure that everything is absolutely dry in your food processor when you grind the nuts. But not only is this processor great for large processing, it's great for slicing up all kinds of veggies in all different ways. Hope this helps! moeller124 no_reply > wrote: Does it do a good job on making nut flour? I think it was around 200 dollars, but worth every penny, especially when you are making soups that need to be pureed or desserts that need egg whites to be whipped. > > > > > --------------------------------- > Bring words and photos together (easily) with > PhotoMail - it's free and works with Yahoo! Guest guest
Speaking of food processors, I got a juicer. I think it's a Hamilton Beach and it's really powerful. Sounds great right? Well, I found out that the faster the juicer spins, the hotter the juice gets which in turn the nutrients heat up and some of them die. I found the best ones to be the Green power juice extractor, samsun six-in-one, or the Jack Lalane power juicer. Just a little hint to get the most out of your veggies and juicer!
