Guest guest
You knew I would answer this, didn't you? I got Pro Performance Creatine Monohydrate at GNC, which has no sugar and is unflavored. I also got Pro Blend 55 protein at GNC, which is whey protein with 55 grams of protein (in a *CUP* -- whewee), with no sugar. This was the highest value protein with the least additives I could find. Kind regards, > Ok, I know y'all were so excited to see me post again, that you just forgot > to answer my question, so I am going to post it again now that you guys are > used to seeing me back. Ok everyone, I'm reaching out here, pleaseeeeeeeeeeee help me! >> Hi LIsa, Sorry, I must have missed your first post! My Creatine has NO SUGAR. The brand is Wild Oats, it's called Creatine Monohydrate. Says it's Micronized, 100% pure, Vegetarian. It says it's micronized for optimal dissolution in fluids. I haven't had a problem with it mixing in liquids, so I guess it does what it says. I got it at the local health food store (not GNC) and it came in an 8oz white plastic bottle. I'm sorry but I don't recall what I paid for it. {{HUGS}} Claire MGB 4/10/00 300/259.5 Yippeeeee 15.25 inches lost forever!!
