Trish where do you get Creatine?? I'll have to go look at all my stuff and

see what it says. I have a big can of Whey Ahead that I think has Creatine

in it. Maybe that is what it is??

to answer my question, so I am going to post it again now that you guys are

used to seeing me back. Does everyone's creatine have a TON of sugar in it?

Like I said, mine has 75 grams of sugar. Since this causes me to dump, I

figure that can't be good. Did anyone get a 'sugar free' brand? Ok

everyone, I'm reaching out here, pleaseeeeeeeeeeee help me! >>

Hi LIsa,

Sorry, I must have missed your first post! My Creatine has NO SUGAR. The

brand is Wild Oats, it's called Creatine Monohydrate. Says it's Micronized,

100% pure, Vegetarian. It says it's micronized for optimal dissolution in

fluids. I haven't had a problem with it mixing in liquids, so I guess it

does what it says. I got it at the local health food store (not GNC) and it

came in an 8oz white plastic bottle. I'm sorry but I don't recall what I

paid for it.
